Canterbury Kayaking has a small fleet of kayaks available for hire during the Waimak Classic River Race weekend.
Hire kayaks come with a spray skirt (paddles and other accessories are available if required, at an additional cost).
Hire does not include transport to the race. You'll need to have your own vehicle with roof racks.
Pickup & return location: Addington, Christchurch.
Pickup date: Friday, December 1.
Return date: Sunday, December 3.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so by November 4 to be eligible for a 75% refund.
You will be fully responsible (and held liable) for any damages or losses to the boat and gear for the entire duration it's with you.
- Orders $200 and over (excluding kayaks) are eligible for free shipping within New Zealand.
- Orders under $200 will incur an $8 shipping fee.
- We do not charge extra for rural delivery.
- You can expect delivery within 2–4 business days in normal circumstances.
- Please alllow up to 7 days for delivery during busy periods or to rural addresses.
- We do not ship outside of New Zealand.
